MONEY MOVEMENT SPECIALIST |

📍 5 Days per Week In-Office

🕒 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (SA Time | Supporting US Operations)

We are seeking an experienced Money Movement Specialist to join a leading international financial services client. This is a critical hire within the business, supporting one of the highest-volume and most operationally important functions across the organisation.

This is a high-impact position where you'll help facilitate the secure and accurate movement of client funds, support account opening processes, manage client documentation, and ensure a seamless client experience. Working within a team that processes over 1,500 transactions daily, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced operation that directly supports business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and approve money movement transactions.
• Support advisory teams with client servicing and operational requirements.
• Open client accounts and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Prepare and distribute client contracts and documentation.
• Communicate with banks, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and other operational systems.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or operations.
• Strong understanding of money movement and client servicing processes.
• Experience with Salesforce , DocuSign , and/or Portfolio Accounting Systems .
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
