About the Role
You'll spend your time processing invoices, supporting payment runs, administering our corporate card programme and helping resolve the questions and issues that naturally come up when you're dealing with large volumes of transactions.
It's the kind of role where attention to detail really matters. Whether it's ensuring an invoice is coded correctly, checking approvals are in place or helping someone with a corporate card query, you'll be someone others can rely on to get things sorted properly.
You'll work with suppliers, employees and colleagues across the business, helping keep transactions moving and ensuring financial information is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare EFT payment runs, complete reconciliations and review transactions before payments are released.
- Administer the corporate card programme, including card set up and cancellations, credit limit changes, password resets, user support and transaction reviews.
- Review transactions to ensure approvals, tax coding, supporting documentation and delegations of authority have been correctly applied.
- Respond to invoice, payment and account enquiries from employees, suppliers and other business contacts
About You
You're the type of person who notices when something doesn't look right and is willing to investigate before moving on. You take pride in producing accurate work, keep track of competing priorities and understand that small mistakes in finance processes can create bigger problems later.
You'll be dependable, approachable and comfortable working with a range of people. You're comfortable working within established processes, understand the importance of financial controls and take ownership of ensuring work is completed accurately.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role within a medium to large organisation.
- Experience using finance software, ideally TechnologyOne.
- Experience working across multiple banking platforms and payment processes.
- Strong data entry skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Good understanding of accounts payable processes, GST and financial controls.
What We Can Offer You

- Flexible working arrangements.
- Access to our employee discount scheme, offering savings on electricity, natural gas, broadband and mobile services.
- Employee discount programme (Todd Perks), free eye checks, discounted gym, fuel savings and other services.

- Enhanced parental leave for new parents, including top-ups of government parental leave payments for primary carers & additional leave provision for partners.
- Annual health checks, mole maps, flu vaccinations and mental health support with Clearhead.
- In-house leadership and development programmes, coaching and mentoring available and support for external studies.
