Transactional Associate – Construction Background
Zerega Consulting is conducting an exclusive search for a highly regarded boutique law firm seeking a talented 4th–6th year transactional associate with a construction background to join its sophisticated and exceptionally busy Atlanta practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong transactional, contract-drafting and construction experience to apply those skills within the rapidly growing electric-power industry. Prior energy or electric-power experience is not required. The firm is prepared to teach the energy side of the practice to an attorney who brings a strong transactional foundation and meaningful experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated construction-related agreements.
The firm represents major clients in complex, high-value projects and transactions throughout the electric-power industry. Associates benefit from the caliber of clients and work typically associated with a large law firm while enjoying the collaboration, mentorship and meaningful responsibility available within a smaller platform.

- Advise clients throughout the development and execution of complex energy and infrastructure projects.
- Work directly with experienced partners and major clients on high-value transactions.

- Admission to and good standing with a U.S. State Bar.
- Four to six years of relevant transactional experience.
- Meaningful experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts or other sophisticated commercial agreements.
