What they need
Our client, a growing AM200 law firm, is seeking to expand their Denver presence within commericial real estate law or transacational law.
They are seeking a Lateral Partner, a small group of attorneys (1-3 partner-level with an associate or two), or even a small firm interested in combining with them.
Billables : There are no specific billable hour requirements for partners. They evaluate candidates based on current working attorney collections and originations. Billable hour expectations for associates are 185
Schedule : Hybrid
Qualifications:
- Must have a book of business over $750k
- Practice in corporate transactions or commercial real estate law (dirt law/developer experience is a huge plus)
- JD from an accredited law school
- Experience in a law firm
