Transcriber

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transcriber to accurately convert audio recordings into written text. In this role, you will listen to conversations between AI systems and customers in a drive-thru setting and ensure that all spoken content is transcribed clearly and precisely. The ideal candidate has strong listening skills and can understand fast-paced dialogue, unclear audio, and background noise while maintaining high accuracy.

Tasks:

• Listen to recorded audio conversations and transcribe them into written format
• Ensure transcripts are accurate, complete, and reflect the exact wording
• Capture tone, context, and nuances of each conversation
• Review and proofread transcripts for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
• Meet daily or weekly productivity and quality targets
• Manage workload independently and submit tasks on time

Qualifications:

• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to understand different accents and speech patterns
• Good command of written English (spelling, grammar, punctuation)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with transcription tools (preferred but not required)
