The Role

We are seeking a full-time Transcript Coordinator to work from our Perth office in the CBD, Monday-Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM.

Transcript Coordinators are the workflow managers for our court reporting services. Allocating transcription work to typists across different jurisdictions and conducting document review. This is a team-based role, where you will work alongside a group of other coordinators and are provided support.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Allocating work to transcribers
• Complete audio checks and review transcripts produced to ensure accuracy and formatting guidelines met.
• Deliver transcripts to clients in accordance with production timelines.

What we're looking for

• Administration, document review, coordinator, editor, transcription or legal experience are highly desirable

• Australian citizen or permanent resident

• Attention to detail with ability to cross check work

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Strong organisational skills with patience and focus

• Full time availability (37.5 hours/week), Monday – Friday, 10:00AM - 6:00PM AWST.
