You will work closely with Operations, Controls/Risk, Technology and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate service delivery and continually improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Produce, analyse and review regular and ad-hoc reporting and MI, including distribution reporting and audit requests.
*Use Excel and data analysis to identify trends, issues, errors and opportunities for improvement.
*Support the wider team with accurate and timely operational activity.
*Perform quality and completeness reviews, ensuring work is accurate and always audit ready.
*Investigate data and reporting discrepancies and support the resolution of operational issues.
*Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, minimise errors and improve efficiency.
*Support process improvements, standardisation and automation initiatives.
*Assist with internal projects and change initiatives, including gathering requirements and supporting testing.
*Work collaboratively with Operations, Controls/Risk, Technology and other internal stakeholders.
*Produce and review reporting to support effective operational decision-making.
*Respond to internal and client queries in a timely and professional manner.
*Manage multiple priorities and deliver work accurately within tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For: *Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
*Previous experience in reporting, data analysis, operations, MI or a similar analytical environment.
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing information.
*Experience producing reports and analysing data to identify trends, issues or insights.
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
*Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
*Ability to manage multiple streams of work and prioritise effectively.
*A willingness to learn and understand new processes and products.
*Previous experience within financial services or an operational environment would be beneficial.
