About the Company

Provide service to mutual fund shareholders, broker/dealers, and advisors by assisting callers with opening new accounts, providing account maintenance, processing account transactions, and researching inquiries relating to their accounts.

About the Role

Essential Functions:

• Process daily transactions relating to purchases, redemptions, transfers, and exchanges of shareholder accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process ETF orders
• Perform Cash Movement task for funds
• Maintain proper maintenance of records for each shareholder account.
• Answer phones and assist with shareholder request/inquiries.
• Provide prompt and accurate service of shareholder’s request.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of shareholder account activity.
• Adhere to strict policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2 yr exp. in customer service environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Courteous and professional phone skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
