Project Coordinator for Transfer Agent Services (Fund Events)

Role Overview:

This coordination and project management position involves managing operational implementation projects for Transfer Agent services, focusing on fund events such as launches, mergers, migrations, and liquidations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and coordination of new business (clients, funds, sub-funds).

• Analyze fund lifecycle events from a Transfer Agent perspective, providing gap analysis between client needs and target operating models.

• Ensure timely system setups.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Communicate project status through reports, meetings, workshops, and emails; update action logs.

• Organize closing meetings and handovers to operations teams.

• Escalate issues proactively to management.

• Contribute to improving onboarding processes with practical solutions.

Prerequisites:

• In-depth Transfer Agent knowledge, including fund event processes (migrations, mergers, new funds/share classes).

• Preferred: Knowledge of multi-fund transfer agents, AML/KYC, and TA fees (e.g., CDSC, ADL).

• Languages: Fluent in French and English; additional languages advantageous.
