Transfer Agent - Mutual Fund ( Manager )

Role Purpose:

To manage transfer agency operations by ensuring accurate transaction approvals, adherence to key controls, and timely resolution of queries. The role maintains up-to-date team information, fosters collaboration across internal teams, and ensures high-quality customer service while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

·            Monitor and approve the fund transactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of edits and updates.

·            Maintain up-to-date team information and distribute it appropriately to relevant stakeholders and ensure strict adherence to key Transfer Agency controls and compliance standards.

·            Ensure high-quality customer service standards are consistently delivered.

·            Foster collaboration with internal teams and act as a key liaison for operational matters

·            Represent the team in meetings, providing input and supporting decision-making processes.

·            Others assigned by team head and senior leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

·            Bachelor’s degree or related filed.

·            3-5 years experience in asset management companies
