Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As an Analyst you will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Analysts gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP.

• Oversight of multiple third-party transfer agents, enforcing process standards, SLAs, and best practices.
• Oversee inquiry response related to shareholder onboarding and transactions
• Manage resolution of trade inquiries with third-party intermediaries
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of U.S. trade activity and pre-trade notifications to front office teams
• Perform timely review and reconciliation of trade orders between transfer agents and internal accounting records, and cash settlement issues
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement related to fund trading with various internal teams including cash desks, portfolio managers, account managers, investment operations teams, etc.
• Analyze root causes of errors or delays and implement controls to reduce recurring issues.

Qualifications Required

• 1-3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• Advanced English level
• Experience in transfer agent oversight, fund operations, or asset management.
• Deep understanding of fund flows, transfer agent functions, and regulatory obligations for retail and alternative funds.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with process automation, change management, and risk/control frameworks.
• Significant knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly as it pertains to data analysis
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL, Python, or visual basic desirable
• Deep understanding of investment management products types (e.g., mutual funds, exchange traded funds, interval funds, closed end funds).
