📍 Memphis, TN | On-Site

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience to join a financial-services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process account transfer requests and supporting documentation
• Communicate with external firms regarding transfer status and requirements
• Verify client requests and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
• Review transfer forms and authorization letters for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain detailed records and follow up to ensure requests are completed timely
• Reconcile client accounts accurately
• Prepare and distribute client correspondence
• Respond to phone, email, and mail inquiries with a high level of professionalism
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, copying, and document processing
• Support team members and other areas during periods of high volume
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience
• Banking or financial-services experience preferred
• Strong document processing, data-entry, and reconciliation skills
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
