Transfer Center Coordinator

Works with a multidisciplinary team to support day-to-day management of transfers into FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital. Will be responsible for collecting pertinent demographic data, determining and utilizing real-time data entry and providing FirstComm staff will all the necessary information for transports.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Associates degree preferred. Requires current NC EMT Paramedic certification; National Registry and Critical Care EMT-P preferred. Current certification in BCLS, ITLS or PHTLS, ACLS, PALS. Instructor preferred. Current valid NC or SC driver's license (as appropriate) with a good driving history. Requires 5 years full-time experience in a paramedic position. One year EMS Telecommunications experience is preferred. 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.
