Transfer Pricing Analyst

• Support preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation across multiple jurisdictions, including Local File, Master File, and related supporting analyses.
• Assist in collecting and consolidating financial and operational data from internal stakeholders to support TP documentation and reporting needs.
• Support benchmarking exercises and financial analysis to ensure alignment with the arm’s length principle.
• Maintain and update intercompany transaction records and assist in monitoring related-party agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Tax, and other functions) to ensure consistency of TP-related data and documentation.
• Support transfer pricing compliance tracking, including documentation deadlines and submission monitoring across countries.
• Assist in Pillar Two and GIR-related tracking, including coordination of data requests, filing status updates, and vendor coordination where required.-
• Support TP audit processes by gathering information, preparing supporting documents, and assisting in responses to tax authority queries.-
• Assist in ad-hoc transfer pricing and tax research, as well as support ongoing TP-related projects such as trade hub initiatives and other Group restructuring or implementation projects.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, International Tax, or Corporate Tax (preferably in Big 4 and/or multinational company environment).
• Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and relevant local TP regulations (including Indonesian TP rules).
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional TP compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform financial analysis and interpret accounting data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience with benchmarking databases such as Orbis, TP Catalyst, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), or similar global tax reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
