Transfer Pricing Manager

You will work closely with our Directors for the delivery of quality services to our portfolio of clients in the area of Singapore transfer pricing practice.  In the course of performing the transfer pricing services, you should also be able to identify new business opportunities for the Company.

This role entails career advancement, continuous training and a cohesive working environment.  You will also have the opportunity to shape, influence and drive the Company's tax practice in general and specifically, our transfer pricing practice.

Responsibilities

• Be able to lead and complete a full set of transfer pricing documentation as well as benchmarking analysis, in accordance with the requirements of Singapore transfer pricing guidelines
• Attend to transfer pricing queries raised by the IRAS
• Participate in transfer pricing advisory work and advise clients on transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models
• Manage the workflow of ongoing transfer pricing engagements and collaborate with corporate tax team on transfer pricing related matters
• Nurture the team of transfer pricing professionals through continuous on-the-engagement training and develop their technical skills
• Identify transfer pricing related opportunities with existing and prospective clients to support business development initiatives
• Contribute to newsletters, seminars and webinars

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in either a Big 4 accounting firm or medium sized accounting firm
• A recognised degree (need not be Accountancy) or professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or equivalent
• Possess strong technical knowledge and thoroughly understand the various transfer pricing methodologies
• Kept abreast of the Transfer Pricing developments
• Strong attention to details, project management skills as well as communication and negotiation skills are crucial for this role
