Transfer Pricing Manager

Pure Search are currently partnered with a high-growth business who are looking for an in-house Transfer Pricing Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transfer pricing professional to take ownership of a global transfer pricing framework within a complex international environment. Working closely with senior finance, tax and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, you will play a key role in shaping policy, managing compliance, and supporting the organisation's continued international growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the group's global transfer pricing framework.
• Leading the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files.
• Coordinating transfer pricing compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Supporting the design and implementation of intercompany arrangements, management charges, cost allocations and other cross-border transactions.
• Monitoring the financial outcomes of transfer pricing policies and identifying areas requiring adjustment or further analysis.
• Advising on transfer pricing implications arising from business changes, new entities and evolving operating models.
• Supporting transfer pricing audits, enquiries and interactions with tax authorities.
• Monitoring developments in OECD guidance and local transfer pricing legislation.
• Partnering with finance, legal and operational teams to ensure policies and agreements remain aligned.
• Managing relationships with external advisers and specialist providers.
• Driving process improvements across transfer pricing governance, controls and reporting.
• Preparing transfer pricing calculations and overseeing the associated intercompany invoicing process.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and international tax requirements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files.
• Exposure to benchmarking studies, economic analysis and intercompany service arrangements.
• Understanding of transfer pricing audits, risk management and controversy matters.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach, combined with strong attention to detail.
