Transfer Pricing Manager

RSM Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Manager to join our Transfer Pricing team and help deliver high-quality services to our growing client base, including multinational corporations and companies with cross-border transactions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients.
• Review and prepare Transfer Pricing documentation reports in accordance with local regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Conduct benchmarking studies using databases such as Orbis and TP Catalyst.
• Assist in designing and implementing transfer pricing policies and strategies.
• Liaise and communicate directly with Mandarin-speaking clients, both local and international.
• Support clients during tax audits and assist in dispute resolution processes.
• Coordinate with RSM global network firms for cross-border engagements.
• Mentor and coach junior staff within the Transfer Pricing team.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably in a consulting or Big Four environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin (oral and written) is poin plus.
• Holder of a USKP C certification .
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international transfer pricing regulations.
• Experience with benchmarking databases and economic analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.
