A high-impact role within a global, PE-backed professional services business delivering a major value creation and technology-enabled transformation programme. You will turn strategy into execution, lead defined workstreams and work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
The Role
• Own and manage workstream-level project plans, priorities, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Support the wider transformation programme through data analysis, KPI tracking, status reporting, RAID management and risk escalation.
• Coordinate regional business analysts to gather requirements, complete fit-gap analysis and translate findings into structured design outputs.
• Help shape target operating models, global processes, technology configuration and shared-service delivery models.
• Facilitate workshops, prepare senior stakeholder materials and drive decisions across a complex, international stakeholder group.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate business, technology, architecture, procurement, change and external vendor teams.
• Identify solution and process gaps, define practical actions and maintain momentum through implementation.
• Manage delivery against scope, budget and timelines while maintaining strong governance and controls.
• Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.
Candidate Profile
• Strong experience delivering business and technology-enabled transformation, gained in consulting, Big 4 or an in-house transformation team.
• Track record as a project or workstream lead within complex, cross-functional and multi-country programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing evolving requirements and coordinating teams across geographies and time zones.
• Experience within accounting, tax, outsourced services or another regulated professional services environment is advantageous; a relevant professional qualification is desirable.
Location & Travel
London-based hybrid role, with an expected average of two days per week in the office. Some international travel may be required depending on programme needs.
