About the Opportunity

• Join a global services organisation supporting major financial services clients
• Lead complex transformation programmes from shaping through to execution
• Partner with senior executives to deliver measurable operational outcomes
• Drive operating model, process redesign and technology-enabled change
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across business, tech, data/AI and change

What You’ll Bring

• 8–10+ years in consulting/transformation/ops/tech delivery and/or FS
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation (strategy → benefits realisation)
• Strong executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor capability
• Financial services domain depth (e.g., claims, lending, servicing, risk, compliance)
• Experience shaping opportunities, writing proposals, and growing client accounts
