About the Role

We are looking for a Transformation Intern to support our team in driving business improvement, digital transformation, and process optimization initiatives.

This role is ideal for students who are interested in business transformation, technology, process improvement, project management, and data-driven solutions . You will gain hands-on experience working with different teams and supporting transformation projects from research and planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business transformation and process improvement projects .
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows.
• Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices .
• Gather and analyze information to support transformation initiatives.
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, reports, dashboards, and project documentation .
• Support project tracking, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and project needs.
• Assist with testing and implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions.
• Document current and proposed processes and workflows.
• Participate in project meetings and provide administrative and coordination support.
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the Transformation team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business transformation, digital transformation, technology, or process improvement .
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English , both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Local citizens only.
• Able to work onsite at G Tower, Ampang Park, Kuala Lumpur .
