TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

About the role

Swarna Hutama Loka (SHL) is seeking a Transformation Manager with high curiosity about how a business works — and how to make it simpler, more effective, integrated, and future-ready. This position will work closely with the Director of Strategy & Transformation to translate strategy into real improvements in people, process, system, technology, and business operations. This is not an IT position. We are looking for someone who can understand business problems first, then use process improvement, data, technology, automation, and AI as tools to solve them.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute business process improvement across various functions
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to discover gaps and improvement opportunities
• Oversee transformation projects from idea through implementation
• Explore and implement the use of AI, automation, and digital tools in business workflows
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, project milestones, and transformation progress
• Collaborate with Finance, People & Culture, Business Development, Production, and other functions
• Coordinate with consultants, agencies, technology partners, and solution providers
• Support change implementation and ensure improvements run sustainably

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering highly preferred; open to Information Systems, Engineering Management, Business Management, or other relevant fields
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience, particularly in Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting
• Strong analytical and structured thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of process mapping, project management, data analysis, KPI/dashboards, and continuous improvement
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities
• Learning agility, curiosity, and strong business mindset
• Comfortable using AI tools and interested in automation and emerging technology
