Transformation Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end to end execution of projects and initiatives, including transitions and ideation activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and execute detailed project plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, and dependencies, in line with organizational methodologies and best practices
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment
• Partner with process owners and process leads across the organization to drive project success and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity of service and minimize operational disruptions
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to provide progress updates, address challenges, and maintain alignment on objectives
• Prepare and deliver clear reports and presentations to keep leadership informed about project status, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure transparent and effective communication across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by driving innovation and process optimization
• Balance competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining high quality standards
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct superior

Your qualification

• University degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5 to 8 years of experience in project, program, or transformation management within a complex organization
• Very good command of English
• Proven experience in delivering end to end projects, transformation, transition, or change initiatives
• Experience in preparing clear reports and presentations to support management decisions
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma

• Strong understanding of cross functional processes and internal stakeholder dynamics
• Ability to structure work, develop realistic project plans, and manage dependencies and risks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, align, and influence internal stakeholders at different levels

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
