This is a unique opportunity for an experienced transformation, project management or recruitment professional to lead a number of high-profile talent and workforce transformation initiatives. The organisation is investing heavily in modernising its recruitment function and requires an individual who can drive change, improve processes and ensure key projects are successfully delivered and embedded.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, People Services and Corporate Development, you will lead the implementation of new ways of working, optimise recruitment systems and introduce solutions that deliver a more efficient and effective resourcing service.

  • Driving greater utilisation and optimisation of existing recruitment systems, ensuring capabilities are fully realised, and unnecessary workarounds are removed.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement across the recruitment life cycle.
  • Supporting the development of recruitment governance frameworks, particularly for senior-level hiring.
  • Producing and enhancing recruitment management information, reporting and workforce planning insights.
  • Managing project plans, risks, milestones and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Working closely with HR, Talent and operational leaders to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Challenging existing practices and introducing innovative solutions that improve service delivery.
  • Leading change management activity to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation to secure buy-in and support transformational change.

About You

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who combine strong project management capability with a background in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or workforce planning. You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Significant experience delivering complex business change or transformation projects.
  • A strong project management background with experience of process redesign and service improvement.
  • Experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or workforce planning would be highly advantageous.
  • Previous involvement in recruitment technology, ATS, HRIS or workforce management system implementation and optimisation.
  • Experience delivering process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting to support decision-making.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to drive projects forward independently.
