Transformation professional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Consultant with a strong Operations background to bridge the gap between operational teams and strategic transformation initiatives.

You will represent Operations throughout the transformation lifecycle, ensuring that operational requirements, risks, dependencies, and business impacts are considered in solution design, implementation, and change initiatives. You will bring structure and governance to complex transformation environments, minimize operational disruption, and drive successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on operational experience, strong stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Representation: Represent Operations in transformation programs, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Impact & Risk Management: Assess operational impacts, identify dependencies and resource constraints, and challenge solutions where needed.
• Solution Design & Readiness: Ensure operational requirements are embedded in solution design, implementation planning, and readiness assessments.
• Transformation Delivery: Lead or support operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including project planning, governance, timelines, and execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Align business, operational, and technical stakeholders, prioritizing involvement across concurrent initiatives.
• Change & Adoption: Facilitate the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Coaching & Communication: Advise operational teams and Service Delivery Managers, and communicate effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in Operations, Service Delivery, Operational Excellence, Program Management, or Transformation Management.
• Strong understanding of operational environments and day-to-day service delivery.
• Proven experience delivering transformation programs, large-scale change, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic decisions into practical operational plans.
• Experience managing competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Pragmatic mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive alignment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in telecommunications, utilities, infrastructure, network operations, or other operationally intensive industries.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, ITIL, or change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Experience with large-scale technology, tooling, operating model, or supplier transformations.
• Previous leadership or people management experience.
