Transformation Staff

About the role

This role involves overseeing transformation projects within a banking environment, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports regarding timeline management for each transformation project, project resources, issue identification, risks, and risk mitigations
• Coordinate with multiple parties involved in transformation projects to provide project oversight
• Develop planning, financial impact analysis, and alignment of the bank's strategic agenda with Transformation projects
• Manage processes and methodologies for project management and documentation related to the Transformation
• Monitor timelines, milestones, progress, and completion targets of transformation projects
• Compile project documentation, periodic reports, and management presentation materials in a timely manner

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in related area/positions
• Basic knowledge of general banking concepts, with a preference for banking business processes (business, operations, and support functions are highly prioritized)
• Proven experience in creating presentation materials
• Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset
• Good and effective communication skills
• Proficient in negotiation, coordination, and collaboration with all stakeholders
• Basic English proficiency (both written and conversation)
• Understanding of project management is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
