Transformation Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Support assigned business functions by understanding department-specific operations, workflows, challenges, and business objectives to drive effective process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, and non-value-added activities.
• Partner with department stakeholders to redesign and optimize operational processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead process transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and post-project evaluation.
• Develop and implement new workflows, SOPs, and operational standards to improve productivity and consistency.
• Facilitate process reengineering projects, including large-scale workflow redesign where necessary.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, or digital tools to enhance operational performance.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and measure business impact such as cost reduction, productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction, and service enhancement.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to teams during process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Drive transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategic direction and business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, or related areas.
• Experience or exposure in functions such as Finance, Product Development, Customer Operations, or Service Management will be considered an advantage.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and influence change across teams.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, or workflow management tools is an advantage.
