Transhipment Executive

Responsibilities:

• To handle all transshipment transactions.
• Good coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate, check and consolidate all the loading and discharging figures on vessels.
• Well verse of transshipment processes and requirements.
• Any other duty assigned by the reporting Manager.

Reports to: Cargo Flow Management Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistics / Maritime.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with the relevant work experience / transhipment transhipment environment / shipping operations will be an added advantage.
• Possesses strong attention to detail along with good problem-solving skills while displaying enthusiasm and commitment.
• Excellent in teamwork, strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple demands as well as strong communication skills at all levels to meet internal and external customers’ demands.
• Candidate must have the ability to operate in a changing environment with high volumes of work, fast learner, and strong desire to learn new things
• Excellent in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
