Transition and Transformation Support

Job Summary

Drive end-to-end operational migrations, operating model execution, and process transformation within our Global Capability Center (GCC). You will manage knowledge transfer, operational readiness, global stakeholder management, and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Transition Execution: Lead end-to-end operational migrations into the GCC, managing project plans, risks, and milestones.
• Operating Model & Readiness: Implement Target Operating Models, oversee Knowledge Transfer (KT), shadow phases, and sign off on operational go-live readiness.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with global onshore leaders and external vendors to ensure seamless alignment and service delivery.
• Optimization & Automation: Re-engineer processes and partner with IT/Automation teams to implement RPA and Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
