Transition Expert with German

As MAN Shared Services Center Sp. z o. o. we provide services in the field of accounting, finance, as well as orders and purchases for the needs of MAN Truck & Bus production and sales companies in Poland, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Hungary and France.

MAN Shared Services Center Sp. z o.o. as one of the two oldest SSCs in Poznań, it is one of the co-founders of the regional branch of the ABSL association.

We're currently recruiting for the position of Transition Expert with German

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage assigned transition workstreams within the project scope
• Organize and co-facilitate process workshops with relevant stakeholders
• Identify the scope of transition activities based on process analysis
• Coordinate the collection of process documentation from source teams
• Review process documentation to ensure its quality and completeness
• Structure and coordinate knowledge transfer to receiving teams
• Create and regularly update transition plans for the assigned scope
• Monitor progress, follow up on agreed actions, and respond to potential delays
• Coordinate transition activities across different teams and stakeholders
• Prepare regular status reports and provide updates on transition progress
• Identify potential risks and issues, escalate them when necessary, and propose appropriate actions
• Monitor corrective actions and follow up on their implementation
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in transition meetings and present the current status of activities

Our expectations:

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in transition, project coordination, process management or a similar area
• Experience in coordinating projects or individual project workstreams
• German and English language skills at a minimum B2 level
• Ability to analyze processes and identify transition requirements
• Experience in working with process documentation and knowledge transfer activities
• Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively propose solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams
• Proactive and independent approach to work combined with a strong sense of ownership
• Very good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
