Transition Manager

FazWaz is looking for a Sales Transition Manager to lead our Sales Transition Team, a dedicated stage within the FazWaz Agent Academy built for Property Consultants who want to make the leap from Rentals into Sales.

Consultants join this team once they've already made the decision to move across. From there, it's entirely on you: you coach, train and support them until they close their first sales deal, at which point they graduate into the Sales Team.

What You'll Do

• Own the coaching and development of every consultant in the Sales Transition Team, from day one to first deal closed
• Deliver 1:1 coaching and live deal support as per the FazWaz Academy curriculum, tailored to where each consultant is in their journey
• Run regular group training sessions and workshops covering the full sales deal life cycle from enquiry through to successful completion, negotiation and CRM management
• Track each consultant's pipeline and progress, and adapt your support to keep them moving toward their first close
• Manage a smooth, well-prepared handover of each consultant into the Sales Team once their first deal is done

What We're Looking For

• Real estate sales experience in the Bangkok market, with a genuine track record of closing sales deals
• Fluent, confident English, comfortable presenting to groups and coaching 1:1
• Well-presented and professional, as the face of this programme to every consultant who comes through it
• Experience coaching, mentoring or training others
• Comfortable managing a team
• Patient and resilient, with a genuine drive to see other people succeed
