Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Solutioning & Proposal Development including analyzing client RFPs/RFIs, designing transition strategies, authoring proposals, and client presentations; Service Transition & Execution including program management, risk and governance management, and resource and financial tracking.
Requirements
AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud migration, hybrid infrastructure, SD-WAN, SOC/NOC services, modern data stacks, GenAI enablement, digital product development lifecycles, SaaS implementations, platform engineering, ITIL v4 Service Desk, Customer Success workflows, ITIL v4, PMP, Agile, Knowledge Transfer frameworks, RFP responses, SOW drafting, cost modeling
