  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and opportunities (RAIDO), including mitigation and escalation.
  • Manage resources, budgets, expenditure and forecasts against agreed plans.
  • Coordinate personnel, equipment, procurement and supporting resources.
  • Monitor supplier and contractor performance against contractual requirements.

Technical Delivery

  • Coordinate technical implementation with engineering teams and OEMs.
  • Ensure solutions align with ACTS requirements, architecture and Platform Approach.
  • Oversee integration, testing, verification, validation and operational readiness.
  • Support technical reviews, design assurance and configuration management.
  • Coordinate trials, demonstrations, user acceptance testing and transition activities.

Compliance & Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with OMNIA/MOD policies, contracts, legislation and programme governance.
  • Embed safety, security, quality and information assurance requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate project documentation and audit trails.
  • Support Service Acceptance Reviews and other assurance activities.
  • Promote quality, continuous improvement and professional standards throughout delivery.
