to join our team as Translation Interns in Hanoi.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive requirements for translation, notarization, consular legalization, etc.
• Support Line Managers in monitoring, controlling and accelerating order progress to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Manage and store records, documents, and papers related to orders and clients.
• Coordinate with the Translation Coordinator to hand over completed documents to customers by technology delivery, express delivery or direct delivery at the office.
• Support recording client needs and feedback.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to provide timely support when customers need to adjust or edit translations or notarizations.
• Other preparation tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must be service-oriented, result-driven, and willing to handle challenging and tough assignments and workload.
• Flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics.
• Have a good command of English.
• Seniors or fresh graduates with Economics/English Linguistics and Literature/Business Management backgrounds and majoring in related fields.

Monday – Friday : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday : 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
