Translator & Project Assistant

一、主要职责 Key Responsibilities

1. 翻译与口译 Translation & Interpretation:

   • 负责项目技术文档、合同、会议纪要、往来邮件的精准互译（中文↔泰文），确保专业术语准确。
   • Provide accurate translation (CN↔TH) of technical documents, contracts, meeting minutes, and correspondence, ensuring precise use of industry terminology.
   • 在项目例会、现场巡查、商务谈判及政府检查中提供流利的中泰交替传译或口译。
   • Provide fluent consecutive or interpretation during project meetings, site walkthroughs, business negotiations, and official inspections.
   • 负责英语口语沟通，必要时进行中英泰三语切换。
   • Communicate verbally in English, facilitating trilingual (CN/EN/TH) communication when necessary.

2. 行政与项目支持 Administrative & Project Support:

   • 协助项目经理进行日程管理、差旅安排及会议组织。
   • Assist the Project Manager with schedule management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
   • 负责项目文件的归档、整理及本地化合规材料的准备工作。
   • Manage filing, organization of project documents, and preparation of materials for local compliance.

3. 本地协调与关系维护 Local Coordination & Liaison:

   • 作为中方团队与泰国本地员工之间的沟通纽带，化解文化及语言隔阂。
   • Act as the communication link between the Chinese team and local Thai staff to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps.
   • 协助对接泰国本地供应商和分包商，处理日常问询及手续。
   • Assist in liaising with local suppliers and subcontractors for daily inquiries and formalities.

4. 现场支持 On-site Support:

   • 跟随项目进度前往施工现场，协助处理现场突发沟通问题。

     Travel to project sites as needed to assist with ad-hoc communication issues.

   • 协助进行泰国本地员工的政策宣贯及基础培训翻译。

     Support the dissemination of company policies and translation for basic training sessions for local staff.

5. 人员资料管理更新维护 (Personnel Document Management):

   • 建立和维护项目现场所有人员的档案。
   • Establish and maintain personnel files for all site staff.
   • 定期更新资料，确保其有效性，并协助办理相关证件。
   • Update the files regularly to ensure validity, and assist in processing relevant certifications.

二、任职要求 Qualifications

1. 语言要求 Language:

   • 中文：普通话标准，具备读写能力，能以中文作为工作语言。

     Chinese: Fluency in Mandarin; professional-level reading/writing proficiency; able to use Chinese as the primary working language.

   • 泰语：母语或近母语水平，精通工程及商务领域的专业术语。

     Thai: Native or near-native proficiency with mastery of technical and business terminology.

   • 英语：具备优秀的英语口语沟通能力，能作为工作辅助语言进行日常交流及邮件往来。

     English: Excellent verbal communication skills; able to use English as a supportive working language for daily interaction and email correspondence.

2. 教育背景与经验 Education & Experience:

   • 大专或以上学历，语言学、翻译、国际商务、工程管理等相关专业优先。
   • Diploma or above, preferably in Linguistics, Translation, International Business, or Engineering Management.
   • 具备 1-2 年翻译或助理经验，有工程项目（尤其是数据中心、楼宇自动化、基建）背景者极佳。优秀的应届毕业生可申请。
   • 1-2 years of experience​ in translation or assistance; prior exposure to engineering projects​ (especially Data Centers, Building Automation, Infrastructure) is highly advantageous. Excellent fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. 技能 Skills:

   • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office​ (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)。

   • 具备极强的责任心、主动性和多任务处理能力。
   • Highly responsible, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
