Main responsibilities:

Manage the translation portfolio in accordance with the quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the team leader;

Translates labels and user manuals into French for all types of products sold in NOZ stores;

Identifies source language files/images and ensures that the required tag elements are present;

Verifies the conformity of source documents for translations according to the tagging rules defined by the client;

Check the translation archive for reuse of the translated labels;

Ensures that the legal rules related to the translation of product labels are applied;

Performs daily translation reporting;

Checks and corrects translations before delivery in the final format, ensuring quality meets client requirements;

Requests the necessary information from the client in case of incomplete data (missing mandatory labeling components, unclear images, etc.);

Guarantees that urgent translations are completed within 24 hours;

Prioritizes urgent activities and respects deadlines;

Participates in the improvement of processes within the translation department, thereby contributing to streamlining current activities.

Education level / Foreign languages ​​/ Technical skills:

Education level: higher education.

Foreign languages: French - level C1; English, German, Italian, Spanish - minimum level B2.

Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook Mail.

Programs used: Selligent, SAP.

Knowledge of technical translations.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in the field of translation.

Key skills:

Planning and organization / Respect for deadlines;

Time management / Ability to prioritize activities;
