Transmission Engineer

The purpose of this role is to create capability within the Organization to offer Engineering services to

existing telecom clients, and implement those projects successfully, in pursuit to expand business volumes in the Services domain, across PAN India.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. To support RAN & Transmission which includes new node configuration and implementation,

2. Implement Project as per committed targets with end-to-end responsibility

3. Responsible for completing I&C, ATP, and HO to customer

4. Vendor and in house team management

5. Site integration co ordinating with all stake holders including SNOC and Field and circle team

6. Co ordination with VI code/ SNOC/ VI projects for I&C related data

7. Coordination with internal SNOC and RF team to back-end provisioning, DB readiness

8. Support to raise CR for Node upload and link creation

9. Coordinate with SNOC team to complete the CR activity and execution

10. To support troubleshooting for the field team along with SNOC coordination.

11. Integration of sites, and guide for field engineers trouble shooting.

12. Pre-define the User Acceptance Criteria and related

Documentation in consultation with end user

13. Should have OEM experience of Huawei/NEC/Ceragon/Ericsson
