The Opportunity

We are seeking a Graduate Transmission Line Engineer to join our growing Power team in Thailand. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in a supportive and inclusive environment that values diversity, continuous improvement, and professional development. You’ll gain mentorship from experienced engineers and exposure to impactful, high-value projects.

In this role, you will:

• Work with clients to understand project briefs and technical requirements
• Collaborate under the guidance of Senior Engineers (locally and internationally)
• Contribute to design solutions for transmission projects from 22kV to 500kV
• Work proactively to implement innovative engineering outcomes

Our Power team delivers high-value projects across Australasia, from high-voltage transmission to infrastructure and industrial developments. With extensive experience across power generation, transmission, and distribution, we provide trusted solutions to energy sector clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects of varying scale within a well-established and collaborative team.

You bring:

• An eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
• A degree in Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with local and international teams
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER, or PLS-POLE would be an advantage, but is not required
