Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field like Civil/Mechanical depending on the structural focus).
• Experience: 2 + years of experience in power delivery, utility operations, or transmission line design.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and power system analysis software.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, technical documentation, and cross-disciplinary communication.
• System Design & Modeling: Create layouts, route plans, and structural models for overhead and underground transmission lines using tools like PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, and AutoCAD.
• Power System Studies: Perform load flow analysis, short-circuit calculations, fault analysis, and grid stability studies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with industry codes and standards such as IEEE, IEC, NESC, and local utility regulations.
• Project Management: Develop material estimates, cost projections, and construction schedules while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
• Testing & Maintenance: Oversee field construction, review quality control checklists, and troubleshoot existing grid infrastructure issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
