Job Overview

We are looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the transport department, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily transport operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General administration and data entry
• Utilizing the Transport Management System
• Providing administrative support to the transport team
• Assisting with POD (Proof of Delivery) management and document filing.
• Assisting with booking transport jobs utilizing the transport management system

Qualifications

• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration is desirable but not essential.
