Transport Admin

Responsibilities:

• Plan routes and input routing data, vehicle schedules, driver logs, and route information into the data management system.
• Create and archive delivery orders, receipts, and shipping bills for document control.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external transport vendors.
• Monitor shipment status continuously and provide routine updates.
• Process and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and billing records.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree with at least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, fleet, or transport administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas) and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiar with route planning, vehicle scheduling, driver logs, POD processing, and transport billing.
• Vendor & Communication Skills: Good communication skills to coordinate with internal operational teams and external transport vendors.
• Work Schedule & Location: Willing to work on-site in Kosambi, Tangerang, and adapt to operational schedules (6-day work week & shift work).
