We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Transport Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Lidcombe
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

About the Role

As the Transport Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily transport operations by coordinating bookings, liaising with customers, and ensuring accurate administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound phone calls and emails
• Liaising with customers and the client support team
• Booking transport jobs and coordinating schedules
• Accurate data entry and maintaining transport records
• Providing administrative support to the operations team
• Assisting with general office duties as required

About You

• Previous administration or transport/logistics experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive, and a team player
