Transport Administrator

We are on the hunt for a sharp, dependable Transport Administrator to jump into the busy Glendenning office on the afternoon shift (2pm-10pm Monday-Friday). What You'll Be Doing

Working directly alongside the Depot Manager and Shift Supervisor, you'll be the engine keeping our operational paperwork and administration running clean:

• Handling linehaul paperwork and conducting thorough driver debriefs
• Managing local pick-up documentation and compliance checks
• Auditing Proof of Deliveries (PODs) against driver runsheets with precision
• Delivering top-tier customer service via phone and email
• Providing direct, hands-on administrative support to keep the shift moving seamlessly
