Transport Administrator

Responsibilities:
-Assist with Transport admin/ Use Transport Software/ Liaise with customers

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and terminations
• Assist with employee relations matters and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases and files
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Qualifications:

• Transport/ Warehouse/ Logistics Experience Preffered
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources or Admin
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,200.00-£39,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
