The Transportation team member safely transports residents to and from appointments, activities, and other approved destinations while providing professional and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents according to scheduled appointments and activities.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles as appropriate.
• Ensure residents are secured properly during transportation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Complete required transportation documentation.
• Communicate appointment information to appropriate facility staff.
• Report vehicle maintenance and safety concerns.
• Protect resident privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license as required.
• Safe driving record.
• Previous healthcare transportation experience preferred.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility as required.
