The Role

As a Transport Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations:

• Assigning jobs to drivers based on location and vehicle capacity
• Monitoring deliveries to ensure they’re always on time
• Acting as the main point of contact for drivers and customers
• Handling last-minute bookings and solving problems quickly
• Keeping our systems updated with accurate, real-time information

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational skills (experience in transport/dispatch is a bonus)
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
• Clear and confident communication
• Good knowledge of UK roads (preferred)
• Comfortable using logistics software and office systems

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9-5 PM
