Transport Coordinator

• Coordinate and monitor daily LCL shipment activities from booking to final delivery.
• Arrange transport schedules and dispatch requirements with trucking providers, warehouses, and freight partners.
• Ensure timely pick-up, consolidation, deconsolidation, and delivery of LCL cargo.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment movements and requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain transport and shipping documents, including delivery orders, manifests, proof of delivery (POD), and other operational records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipment documentation and system transactions.
• Track delivery performance and proactively address operational issues, delays, damages, shortages, or service disruptions.

Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate of any business related courses
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or LCL Operations.
• Knowledge of domestic and international freight forwarding processes, particularly LCL cargo handling.
• Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Willing to work extended hours and shifting schedules as required by operational demands.
