Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting cannabis and cannabis related products to various locations while adhering to all state and traffic laws and regulations.

This role requires proficiency in operating larger delivery vehicles. The Transport Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of product during transit.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $18.00/hour
• Insurance Benefits: Available after 60 days
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks after 1 year of employment
• Overtime: May be required based on production and delivery needs

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain delivery van
• Execute route driving efficiently to deliver product to designated dispensaries
• Load and unload product using necessary equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and state regulations and company policies while on the road
• Conduct pre-trip manifest inspection to ensure all products are loaded
• Conduct pre and post trip inspection of vehicle to ensure safety and functionality
• Communicate effectively with delivery coordinator regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays or any rejection of orders

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass a federal background check (no felonies permitted)
• Must complete fingerprinting, background check, and state agent card registration (est. cost $100) Employee must cover charge, company will cover all renewals
• Employment begins with a 90-day probation period to evaluate performance and fit
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
• Willingness to work hard, learn, and grow within the company

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
