Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Transport Driver to join our team, delivering exceptional service across various routes and transportation needs. This role involves operating a range of passenger and cargo vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining safety standards, and providing excellent customer interactions. Responsibilities

• Safely operate different types of vehicles including vans, passenger vans, shuttle buses, limousines, and personal delivery vehicles on local routes.
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo or luggage, including heavy lifting when necessary, while following proper manual handling procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, passengers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during every trip.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a comfortable ride experience, addressing passenger inquiries professionally, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the journey.

Experience

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or chauffeur operating passenger vehicles such as vans, limousines, or shuttle buses.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and local driving routes for efficient route planning.
• Experience in medical transportation or client-specific vehicle services is a plus.
• Knowledge of traffic regulations, safety standards, and vehicle maintenance routines.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when loading or unloading cargo or luggage.
• Prior experience with manual handling procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per week
