About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Transport Executive with 12 years of experience, preferably from the EdTech, Education, School Transport, or related service industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, ensuring safe and timely movement of students/staff, managing transport vendors and drivers, and addressing parent/customer queries related to transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day transportation operations.
• Plan and manage routes, pickup/drop points, and transportation schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, attendants, transport vendors, and internal teams.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure adherence to planned routes and timings.
• Handle parent/customer queries and concerns related to transportation services.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, routes, attendance, and transport users.
• Monitor driver and attendant attendance and ensure adequate manpower availability.
• Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, delays, route deviations, and emergency situations.
• Ensure vehicles comply with required safety, fitness, and documentation standards.
• Support onboarding and coordination of new drivers, attendants, and transport vendors.
• Prepare daily/weekly transport reports and operational MIS.
• Monitor transport-related expenses and assist with vendor coordination and billing.
• Ensure adherence to company/school transport policies and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Administration, Customer Support, and Academic teams for smooth service delivery.
• Escalate critical transport or safety issues to the reporting manager promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in EdTech, Education, School Transport, Logistics, Fleet Management, or a similar operational role.
• Candidates with experience handling student/parent transportation operations will be preferred.
• Experience working with transport vendors, drivers, GPS tracking systems, or fleet-management platforms will be an added advantage.
