Transport Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily vehicle movements based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, warehouses, and customers for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor vehicle movement using GPS and transportation management systems.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery while minimizing delays.
• Allocate vehicles efficiently to maximize fleet utilization.
• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Handle transportation issues such as delays, breakdowns, and route deviations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze transport performance, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party transporters when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce transportation costs and improve service quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Experience in a logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or supply chain company is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of transportation.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Transport Management Systems (TMS) & SAP.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
